215Rentals LLC,  a property management company that transforms people’s lives and changes their destinies.  Taking vacant and dilapidated buildings that have been abandoned for years, we completely gut them out and build them anew to provide a mixture of luxury market-rate rentals for young urban professionals and quality affordable housing for low-income tenants.

In the process, we transform the lives of our tenants – particularly those of low-income – by providing them with one of the most important building blocks to overcoming poverty:  a clean and safe home in which to raise their children.  At the same time, we change the destinies of the people we work with by not only hiring minority contractors whenever possible, but also locals from the neighborhoods we serve – people who are often overlooked by corporate America and not given a second chance.  In doing so, we transform and change the destiny of entire neighborhoods by revitalizing them one block at a time.

We are proud to call Philadelphia home.  We care about the communities that we serve.  We give back by not only donating money, but also our time to local causes such as Councilwoman Blackwell’s annual holiday party and summer BBQ for the homeless, the West Philadelphia YMCA, the Upper Darby-Lansdowne Rotary Club, Hosts for Hospitals, and many other worthy causes.  We also lease out one of our properties at a steep discount to a food bank so that it can serve approximately sixty senior citizens in the community.

We care about the environment.  In addition to recycling, we offer double-pane thermal-insulated windows, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, energy-efficient appliances, ceiling fans, LED bulbs, and water-efficient fixtures whenever possible.
